DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY

 

In accordance with section 3.58 (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995, it is hereby notified that the Shire of Jerramungup is advertising its intention to dispose of the following property. 

Details of the proposal are as follows:

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:

9 Monash Avenue, Jerramungup

DETAILS OF PROPOSED SALE:

Purchaser: Mr Devyn Matthew Dillon and Mrs Taylah Joy Dillon

Purchase Price: $160,000

Market Valuation: $175,000 by way of valuation dated 25 March 2020
