DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY

In accordance with section 3.58 (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995, it is hereby notified that the Shire of Jerramungup is advertising its intention to dispose of the following property.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

DETAILS OF PROPOSED SALE:

Purchaser: Astoria Pty Ltd as Trustee for the M.D Brown Family Trust

Purchase Price: $200,000

Market Valuation: $200,000 by way of valuation dated 21 January 2020.
