Citizenship and Sportspersons of the Year Awards

Council is again calling for nominations for:
Australia Day Citizen of the Year Award;
Australia Day Citizenship Award for a Community Group or Event;
Senior Sports Person of the Year Award; and
Junior Sports Person of the Year Award.
Nomination forms can be downloaded using the links above and are available from the Shire Office. If nominating someone for a Sportsperson award, please follow the guidelines in the Sportsperson Award Eligibility and Assessment Criteria.
Nominations for Citizenship Awards close on 25 November 2011 and for Sportsperson Awards on 1 December 2011. Nominations may be mailed or dropped in to the Council Office, emailed to council@jerramungup.wa.gov.au or faxed on 9835 1161.
