Development

With two rapidly growing towns and another two developing communities in the Shire, there is always a steady stream of planning projects underway.

Council has commenced the planning process for the Bremer Bay Town Site, the Sydney Street Residential Development in Jerramungup, and the Jerramungup Town Site Revitalisation Project.

With a newly constructed residence for the medical practitioner and two new houses and police station completed in 2010 for the police officers relocating from Ongerup, and a number of subdivisions underway in Bremer Bay, this region is on the move.
